Navigating the Nolato help desk
From the home page
- To create a new support ticket, click in the black box on “new support ticket”.
- To check your ticket status, click on either of the red boxes to get to the ticket status page.
- To view solutions for common issues, you can either select a solution article in the large green box, or you can click on the solutions tab at the top of the page, or use the search bar to search for solutions.
Submitting a new ticket
- Fill in all areas with a red asterisk symbol *
- Solution articles may display on the upper, right hand side of the screen if a possible solution has been documented. You can access this solution article by clicking on the article title.
Tickets tab
- Here you will be able to see all of your open or pending tickets.
- In the red box you will see the ticket status.
- To view ticket details, click on the ticket title.
In the ticket you can do the following
- You can reply directly to the ticket in the red box.
- You can select the checkmark in the green box to close the ticket.
- You can add people to the ticket by selecting the icon in the blue box.
