The error says The number of available licenses for Deliver has been exceeded.

This is caused by not closing out of the Paulson software correctly. The exit button needs to be pressed when closing out of the Paulson software.

1. Close out of Paulson software by pressing the exit button

2. Open the CourseWorks v10 folder on the desktop and then open the TrackPro software

3. Click the View tab and then click View Student Network Status

4. Click the name and then the Logout button

5. Click the Yes button

6. Exit out and reopen Paulson and it should be working.
