If you are trying to print labels and receive the "License server was not found" error. The license server has likely stopped and needs to be restarted. To restart the license server do the following steps:

1. Open file explorer  > click on the (L:) company drive > search for the materials folder and open it.

2.  Once you are in the materials folder open the "Scanner reset and license server restart" folder.

3.  In the "Scanner reset and license server restart" folder open the "Restart license server" folder.

4. In the "Restart License server folder" open the "License server restart.bat" file

5. When you open this file, a command prompt window will pop up asking for a password. In this window, type rfuser then press enter.

IMPORTANT NOTE: as you type in the command prompt window, the letters you type will not display in the window; however, know that you are still typing. Make sure to type carefully so you do not lock out rfuser. The account is set to lock out after 3 password attempts.

1. If you get the "username or password is incorrect" error, (reference PICTURE 1) this means you typed in the password incorrectly.

2. If you get the "service restarted command," (reference PICTURE 2) the service has been restarted and you should be able to print labels.

3. Once you have run the command, press any key to exit the command prompt window.
