1. Open Microsoft Outlook, in the bottom right corner of the screen. Verify that it says "Connected to: Microsoft exchange."


If it does not say "Connected to: Microsoft Exchange," close out of Microsoft Outlook then reopen it. 

 


2. If it says "Connected to: Microsoft Exchange" and your emails are not sending, and are stuck in your outbox.


1. Click on the "Send/Receive tab" 


2. If the "Work Offline" button is grayed out like it is in the picture below. Click the "Work Offline"  button. Disabling the "Work Offline" feature will reconnect you to the network and send all of the emails that are in your outbox.



 

If you have tried both of these options and are still unable to send emails, then open a ticket so that IT can assist you.
