If you are trying to send an email to an email group and it keeps coming back saying it cannot send then you are very likely sending it to an @resource.local account instead of a Nolato.com account. To fix please follow the steps below.
1. Locate the @resource.local email address.
2. Click the grey X next to the email address and remove it.
3. Re-add the email group by finding the @nolato.com email group in the global address book.
1. Click on the address book
2. Type the name of the email group in the box
3. Click on the email group
4. With the email group selected click the to button to add this email group.
5. Click OK
4. You should now have the @nolato.com email group selected.
