3DS Support
To use the 3DS support features, start by going to this page
The first page is the 3Dsupport page. The most important parts on this one is the create request button and the active button. The create request button is how you will get a new support ticket started, and the active button will show you all active tickets.
If you click Create Request, you will most likely be selecting Software Usage.
Follow the instructions on this page. Under technical environment, select the category of thing you are having an issue with, and then use the following for the other options.
Release will be DELMIAworks2022, Level will be DELMIAworks2022 Refresh6, Operating system will be windows, and OS Details with be either Windows 10 64 bit, or windows 11.
Put in as much information as possible in the initial ticket. It will be resolved significantly faster if you provide information and steps and images instead of putting in something like "I get an error when I do this" or "This module is not working correctly"
Click next on the bottom of the page, and then click Submit on the bottom of the next page.
You will receive an email with a link to the ticket.
When IQMS responds to you, it may come from an email like this. if it comes from the email address support.dsxeco@3ds.com, it will look like the below message. You will need to click the link in the email to respond to the ticket. If you only reply to the email, the support team will not see it. If the message came from someone specific at 3ds (for example, Zacahry.Griffith@3ds.com, you can reply all to the email and they will get it.
If you go back to the support dashboard and click the active button, you will be able to see your open tickets. You can then click on the Request ID to see more details of the ticket or respond or upload files.
