There are a few important button on this page.  The support tab is the only one that you will really need access to.  On this tab, there is an EnterpriseIQ Manual page, a TechNotes page, and a Chat with DELMIAWorks button.


On the EnterpriseIQ Manual page, there is a list of all of the help files.  These are the same files that you can find by going into the help section of the IQMS application.  Our current version is EnterpriseIQ 2022.  If you select that, you can download the PDF files for the modules listed.

The tech notes button will get you to a list of their tech notes.  These are going to be more specific notes on features or add ons to the software.  These will often be a little less formal than the manuals.  A lot of these will just be configuration steps, but they are still usefull to see some things that we could have access to.

The last important thing on the My.IQMS website, is the chat with support button.  This is the easiest way to put in a ticket.  When you click this button, you will have to put in your information (EIQ verison is 2022, refresh level is 6, windows OS version is either windows 10 or windows 11) and also select a department to chat with.  It will show you which ones are online and which are offline.  If they are offline, you can still put in a ticket, but this does default to meduim priority.  I have found that chatting with the support team is the easiest way to get an answer.  Before ending the chat, make sure to hit the three dots on the top left and hit the send transcript.  If you do not, you will have to wait for them to finish putting in the ticket and access the transcript from the 3DS dashboard.
