1. Log into office.com and click sign in.

2. Enter your email and password and click sign in.

3. Click on your picture or initials in the upper right corner and click on View Account. 

4. Click on security info


5. Select the Microsoft authenticator, then select delete. Then click on add sign in method. 



6. After you have deleted the Authenticator, open the Microsoft authenticator app on your phone The icon should look like the one pictured below. 

7. Once the app opens, click on the plus button in the top right corner. 

8. On the next screen, select Work or school account. Then click on Scan a QR code.

9. On the computer, under Add an authentication method, select Authenticator app. and click on Add.

10. On the screen below, click on Next.




11.  On the screen below, click on Next. 



12. Using your phone with the authenticator app open, scan the QR code,. Once it has scanned, click 'Next'. Enter the authenticator code on the next screen, and you will have now set up MFA on your new phone.
