If you are not able to drag and drop emails into IQMS, First verify you are using Outlook calssic then follow the steps below once you have verified you are using the coorect verion of outlook.


1. Close out of IQMS.
2. go to L:\_Nolato Contour Documents\_Please Use Me To Share\__Batch Files\IQMS_DRAG_AND DROP_RESET.bat

3. Drag that file "IQMS_DRAG_AND DROP_RESET" to your desktop and double-click on the file to run it. then try logging back into IQMS. 

This should fix the drag-and-drop issue.
