Forms
Anything that you need help with will either require a help desk ticket or the proper form. Commonly used IT forms

1318 | Computer Access Request | Used for Any permission changes (Windows or IQMS) |

Phones

Network Drives
We have a few different network drives on our system. All network drives are backed up daily. If a document is accidentally deleted or overwritten, we can restore it as long as it has been on the network for over 24 hours. Onedrive and Sharepoint is also backed up this way. We do not back up any items on your PC, so please keep a backup of anything that you do not keep on the network. To access these drives (or IQMS) from home, please use the VPN. You will need to be set up on this beforehand, but once you are setup you will be able to access these from anywhere.

H | Personal Drive | Private documents that only you should have access too |
J | Department | Documents that are shared within a department (Engineering, Quality, etc.) |
L | Company | Documents that are shared with the entire company. Note: anyone can add or delete from here. Contains forms list, SOP/WI, etc. |
M | IQMS | Drive required for IQMS to function. You should never need to access these files unless asked by IT |
R | Engineering Archive | Old project folders |
Onedrive/Sharepoint | Network drives through microsoft. These are for shared documents, teams files, and ones that you need access to from anywhere. |
